On 10/22/2004, Charles Arnest sent the following email granting permission

I, Charles Arnest one of the only surviving members of a fatal plane crash that killed the band "Gin and the Tonics" in the fall of 2000, give permission to the internet archive to enjoy the eternal legacy of their music by making it available to the public on the Live Music Archive.
